To give a short recap on the past 9 months....Some of our excitement has been:
Trey has become extremely involved in hockey. He took pre-hockey classes...which then led to playing on a Mighty Mites team...which led to playing on a 3-on-3 team in the summer...which is now leading to him taking more pre-hockey this fall...and will soon join a more formal league in the next month. Let's just say that he loves hockey and is having a great time!
Trey also played baseball again this summer. He enjoys baseball. It's definitely not his passion (like hockey), but he enjoys it.
We also had a new addition to our family in May. We got a puppy! Our puppy (pictures below) is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Her name is "Skates". (Hockey-theme...). :) We have had the best time with our new puppy. She is up to a whopping 12 pounds now and has been so much fun!
Other than that...life is just going really fast (as usual). I am currently in volleyball season...so there is never a dull moment. Trey is in 2nd grade and doing extremely well. His social skills and his academics are strong and his English is great! Trey grew over an inch in height this summer. He is growing up so fast! In fact, his latest excitement has been his obsession with wearing hair gel. Oh....how they grow up fast! :)
All in all, we are doing well! I will try to update our blog more regularly in the future (with pictures, of course). :)
